At Outfitamp, all products are made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Printful.
Order processing time
All orders are processed after payment is received. Because each item is made especially for you, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. During holidays or high-order-volume periods, processing may take longer.
Shipping times
After production, shipping time depends on your location, the shipping method selected at checkout, and carrier performance. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the products in your order.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
Incorrect shipping addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect the package, refusal of delivery, or unclaimed customs charges, reshipping fees may apply.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at contactoutfitamp@gmail.com.

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
