Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for:

  • wrong size chosen by the customer
  • change of mind
  • buyer’s remorse
  • color preference
  • ordering the wrong item

This follows the made-to-order nature of Printful fulfillment. Printful generally leaves these cases to the seller and does not provide free refunds or reprints for them.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contactoutfitamp@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos showing the problem

If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Printful states that such claims should be submitted within 30 days.

Lost packages

If your package appears lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund according to the circumstances.

Returned-to-sender packages

If a package is returned due to an address problem, failure to collect the package, customs issues, or refusal by the recipient, we can usually reship the order, but additional shipping charges may apply.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not offer standard exchanges for size or preference issues. If there is a problem caused by damage, defect, or fulfillment error, contact us and we will make it right.
